Transaction Disputes

Where a conflict exists between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by bh999s are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Bonus Expiry

No liability is accepted for losses arising from platform unavailability during periods outside bh999s's direct control.

The decision to wager any amount on any game or sporting market is made solely by the registered player. bh999s accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.

Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bh999s operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the bh999s internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the appropriate competent authority in the applicable jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the bh999s Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bh999s with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
